Delivery Day !

As soon as my OB put me on hospital bedrest for the third time and I got settled into the bed I exploded! We were off to the races! Both babies were born at 8:23 p.m., Eleanor weighing 5.12 and Stuart 5.4. Both breathing on their own, no NICU. Unbelievable.

Wow. What a day. I got up this morning and the swelling had gotten so bad that I felt like I was going to pop. After talking to Dr. Hunt on Friday we decided that we would talk again on Monday to see how things were going. He asked for me to come into his office so he could have a look-see for himself. Would you believve that I have gained 24 lbs in 2 weeks? Even though it is all fluid, one never likes to see the scale jump up so high so fast.
